Please show up 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Wear comfortable clothing. We encourage you to turn off or put away your cell phone during treatment, we understand in some cases, this is not possible, so please just silence your ringer. Feel free to wear earbuds, if you like.

There are not many known side affects to cupping. You will have red circular marks where the cups were placed. The time in which those will go away varies, based on the degree of the injury or stress. The areas may be slightly tender, but that is rare. Also, be aware that you could sleep more deeply that first night than normal.

Cupping generally does not “hurt”, however, the first few minutes that the cup is on may be a bit uncomfortable. That feeling, however, will go away after a few minutes of having the cups on.

It depends on many factors, however, most people see good results with 1-2 times per week.
